1. What material are your scissors made of?
Our scissors are made from Professional Japanese 440C Stainless Steel / High Carbon Steel. It's harder, stays sharp longer, and resists rust vs normal steel.

2. Are they really for professional use?
Yes. They are designed for barbers, tailors, groomers, and craft professionals. Very sharp out of the box. Not recommended for kids.

3. What's the difference between 5, 6, 6.5 inch?
5 Inch = detail / eyebrow work
6 Inch = most popular, all-round use - like our Pink Floral 6 Inch
6.5-7 Inch = cutting thick hair / fabric

4. Will they get rusty?*
No if cared for. Wipe with dry cloth after use, add 1 drop oil weekly, keep in case. Don't store wet.

5. Can I sharpen them?*
Yes, but only by a professional scissor sharpener. Don't use a knife sharpener, it will damage the blade edge.

6. Are they left or right handed?*
All are right-handed unless title says Left-Handed.

7. Where do you ship from and how long?*

8. What is your return policy?*
7-day return if unused and in original packaging. If product is damaged/defective, send us photo within 48 hours.

*10. How do I clean floral / coated scissors like Pink Floral?*
Clean with soft dry cloth only. Don't soak in alcohol or water for long time to protect coating.
