Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Dhanishka ProEdge. We are a small business from Bathinda, we make each scissor with care.

1. Opening Video is Compulsory:
For any return/replacement, you MUST provide a full unboxing video from start. Without video, no return will be accepted. This is for both sides safety.

2. Return Window is 7 Days Only:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp 9023413952. 

3. Non-Returnable Items (Very Important):
- Used scissors or tools (with hair, water marks)
- Any product without original packing/box
- Damaged due to dropping or improper use
- If opening video is not available

Scissors are a HYGIENE product. As per health rules, we cannot resell used scissors.

4. Refunds:
Once we receive and check the product (video call check), refund will be done in 3-7 days to your original payment method. For COD, refund will be via Bank Transfer/UPI.

5. Replacement:
If you receive damaged/defective product, we will replace it for FREE. You just need to send video within 48 hours.
